Rick Ross Never goes with out his Medical Kit

Rick Ross travels with his own special medical kit every where he goes just in case the seizures strike again. Ross suffered two seizures on the same day in October while traveling to an event. According to multiple sources, Ross wants to make sure he’s prepared in case it happens again… and put together a kit that includes 3 different prescription medications, vitamins, water and an inhaler. We’re told Ross is serious about having the kit near him at all times and often requires a member of his entourage to carry it around wherever he goes.

50 Cent is working on “Formula 50: A 6-Week Total Body Transformation Plan,” his publisher Avery, told The Post’s Susannah Cahalan. The book is a plan for men and women that focuses on muscle building, nutrition, exercise and mental strength. “It is very important to me to help people make positive changes and take charge of their overall health,” Fiddy said. Last year, he shed 54 pounds to portray a football player suffering from cancer in the movie “All Things Fall Apart,” out early next year. He went from 214 pounds to 160 pounds in nine weeks by going on a liquid diet and running on a treadmill three hours a day. Hopefully, the book’s workout regime won’t be as intense.

T.I appeared to have put his foot in his mouth during a VIBE interview by laughing at Tracy Morgan's joke about gays and remarking that people that are against homosexuality should be able to voice their opinion.

"If you’re gay you should have the right to be gay in peace, and if you’re against it you should have the right to be against it in peace" "It's a lot of attention being cast upon such a small part of the interview, I was really just laughing out loud at a joke that I heard Tracy Morgan say. It just so happened to be in reference to gay people, like excuse my language but 'If you can take a blank then you can take a joke.' I thought that was funny. Daddy Yankee is very popular in South America which is why concert promoter Diego Hernan De Iraola paid Daddy Yankee $820K for six shows in Argentina. The shows were so popular he wanted to add another four shows, and pay the Yankee another $480K. This is where things got confused, according to a suit filed in Florida. A few days before the scheduled tour Yankee asked for the additional money, $480K unfront or else he wouldn't show. Iraola promised to hand over the money when Daddy Yankee arrived in Argentina. Two days before the tour Yankee announced that he wasn't coming, forcing Iraola to cancel all the shows. This was an intense source of stress causing him high blood pressure, nose bleeds and even caused him to bleed from the eyes. So Iraola is asking for the full $820K returned as well as additional compensation for personal and professional damages. No word yet from Daddy Yankee on the situation. WOW!

TMZ says Heavy D had just returned from shopping and climbed a set of stairs up to his Beverly Hills home when he started having difficulty breathing. Adam Mills, a designer who was in the area and knew the rapper, found Heavy D leaning against their stair railing. Mills tried to help him as others called 911 around 11:25 a.m. Heavy was reportedly conscious and speaking when help arrived. He died shortly after that, around 1 p.m. on Nov. 8 at a Los Angeles hospital.

Hip hop is a form of musical expression and artistic culture that originated in African American, Asian and Latino communities during the 1970s in New York City. DJ Afrika Bambaataa outlined the four pillars of hip hop culture: MCing, DJing, breaking, graffiti writing and beatboxing.

Hip hop culture has spread around the world and was first formed with disc jockeys creating rhythmic beats by looping breaks on two turntables and later rap was  included. An original form of dancing and styles of dress arose among fans of this new music.

The graffiti and hip hop culture arise from the appearance of new and pervasive forms of the practice.  In other areas hip hop were evolving as art forms. Today, graffiti remains part of hip hop, while crossing into the mainstream art world with exhibits in galleries throughout the world.
